No way to restore purchases

I bought the pro version awhile ago through an in app purchase. I had to reinstall the app and now its back at the free version with no way to restore the pro version I paid for. I dont know if they offer customer support because there is no way to contact them. Until these problems are resolved avoid this app. I got screwed out of $3.
